3. Free Consultations

3.1. Free consultations are limited to specific services, such as orthodontic treatments (e.g., braces or clear aligners) or dental implants, as described in the offer.

3.2. Free consultations include only an initial evaluation and discussion of potential treatment options. Additional diagnostics (e.g., X-rays, 3D imaging) may incur separate charges if required.

4. Pricing and Financing

4.1. Promotional pricing, such as “$129 to Start Braces” or “$119 New Patient Special,” applies only to the services explicitly stated in the offer.

4.2. All prices are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

4.3. Financing options, including 0% interest plans, are subject to credit approval by third-party financing partners. Terms and conditions of financing agreements are determined by the financing provider.

5. Treatment Plans

5.1. All treatment plans are subject to clinical evaluation. The scope, duration, and cost of treatment may vary depending on the patient’s specific dental needs.

5.2. Promotional offers may exclude certain procedures or services, such as additional diagnostics, surgical interventions, or restorative treatments, unless explicitly stated.

5.3. Any changes to the agreed treatment plan will be communicated to the patient and may result in additional charges not covered by the promotional offer.

6. Limitations of Liability

6.1. Professional Dental is not responsible for any misunderstanding or misinterpretation of the promotional offer details.

6.2. Professional Dental’s liability is limited to the value of the promotional offer and does not cover indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6.3. The patient’s sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the promotional offer is the ability to discontinue participation before incurring additional charges.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

7.1. Promotional offers are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

7.2. Cancellation of a treatment plan initiated under a promotional offer is subject to Professional Dental’s general cancellation policies. Patients may be responsible for the cost of services rendered up to the point of cancellation.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1. Any disputes arising from promotional offers will be resolved in accordance with Professional Dental’s standard dispute resolution process.

8.2. Patients agree to notify Professional Dental of any concerns or disputes in writing before pursuing legal remedies.

9. Modifications to Terms
